Privacy Policy

What we collect, who we share it with, and the choices you have

Last updated: July 18, 2026

CardRiser Pro is operated by Particularly Good LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy covers cardriserpro.com and purchases made through our store. The short version: we collect what's needed to run the store and measure our advertising, we don't sell your information for money, and you can opt out of ad-related sharing at any time.

What We Collect

  • Information you give us: when you place an order (name, shipping address, email — payment is processed by Shopify and we never see your full card number), join our email list, contact support, or upload artwork for custom products.
  • Information collected automatically: device and usage data (pages visited, buttons clicked, browser type, approximate location from IP) via cookies and similar technologies used by the analytics and advertising tools below.

Analytics & Advertising Tools We Use

Shopify

Powers our checkout and order processing. Handles your payment details — we never see your full card number.

Microsoft Clarity

Records anonymized session replays and heatmaps (where visitors scroll and click) so we can find confusing parts of the site.

How We Use Information

  • Fulfill and ship your orders, and provide customer support
  • Send marketing emails you signed up for (every email has an unsubscribe link)
  • Understand how the site is used so we can improve it
  • Measure our advertising and reach people likely to be interested in our products

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers listed above, to operate the store and our advertising. We do not sell your personal information for money. Some U.S. state laws (like California's) treat sending browsing data to advertising platforms such as Google and Meta as “sharing” or a “sale” — the choices below let you opt out of that.

Do Not Share My Personal Information

  • Global Privacy Control: we honor the GPC browser signal. If your browser sends it, advertising and analytics trackers on this site are disabled automatically — nothing else to do.
  • By email: send “Do Not Share” to [email protected] and we'll apply available opt-outs for your information with our advertising providers.
  • Platform controls: Google Ads Settings, Meta Ad Preferences, and aboutads.info offer industry-wide opt-outs. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

Your Rights

Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we have about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within the timeframe your state's law requires. We never treat you differently for exercising a privacy right.

Retention & Security

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, taxes, and support. Email-list data is kept until you unsubscribe. We use industry-standard safeguards, and payments are handled by Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout.

Children

Our site isn't directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
